2025–27 collective bargaining agreements (tentative)
The tentative agreements linked below are not yet funded and therefore not in effect. If the Legislature funds the agreements in the 2025–27 biennial budgets, they will go into effect on July 1, 2025. The current 2023–25 collective bargaining agreements remain in effect until June 30, 2025, and can be found here:
