Statewide HR Data (SWHR)
The Statewide HR Data (SWHR) is a solution built for the collection and reporting of limited higher education workforce data. Request for higher education data must be made directly to the specific institution(s) as the system(s) of record. Access to SWHR is limited to OFM for the following purposes:
- labor relations
- budgeting
- classification and compensation analysis
- workforce analysis and reporting
- mandated reporting requirements
