Financial Management Advisory Council
The Financial Management Advisory Council (FMAC) serves in an advisory and consultative role to the Office of Financial Management, the state legislature, and other appropriate parties concerned with state government fiscal administration.
What does FMAC do?
- FMAC aids in the development of high quality budgetary and fiscal information that is uniform throughout state government by sharing financial best practices and providing a communications network among state fiscal staff.
- FMAC helps strengthen the capability and competency of state financial personnel by providing free or low cost training and professional development courses.
Meeting schedule
The following is a schedule of upcoming FMAC meetings. FMAC meetings typically fall on the 4th Thursday of the month, unless otherwise indicated. There are no meetings in July or December. All meetings are FREE and are open to state government fiscal administration and other financial areas of interest. This schedule is subject to change.
