Help Create a Survey on Dual-Language Employee Experience
The Latino Leadership Network is looking for volunteers to assist in designing a survey that explores the experiences of dual language and multilingual employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop or share your skills in survey design, data analysis, and report writing while contributing to meaningful research.
Dual language employees are required by their employer to perform or provide language skills as part of their role and receive the 5% dual language pay increase. Multilingual employees may speak more than one language but currently do not formally use their language skills in their job. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we welcome all skill levels! You’ll gain hands-on experience, expand your network, and enhance your resume in the process.
Interested? Contact LLN Best Practices Committee lead, Tony Griego.
Present at the 2025 Latinx Youth Summit
The Latino Leadership Network is seeking volunteers for an exciting project to create and deliver a presentation on how to land your first job with the state at the Latinx Youth Summit this November.
The project involves:
- Drafting a presentation proposal
- Developing the presentation
- Delivering it in person
We especially need someone fluent in Spanish to present in one of the sessions. This is great chance to introduce careers in public service to Latino youth.
Interested? Contact LLN Best Practices Committee lead, Tony Griego.
