Visit the OFM Service Portal at https://ofmwa.servicenowservices.com/sp for scheduled maintenance over the next 5 days.

What is happening?

The Salary Projection System (SPS) will be unavailable on April 6 from 10:30 to 10:45 a.m. for an update.

Who will be impacted?

SPS users.

How will this impact customers?

Please save your work and exit SPS before 10:30 a.m. on April 6.

Please do not use SPS during the maintenance window.

When is this maintenance happening?

Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 10:30 to 10:45 a.m.

Why is this maintenance happening?

To reflect up to date non-standard progression salary schedules and new job classes added in HRMS.

After the maintenance has completed, please login to see the updated information. Please note that your browser cache may need to be cleared if logging out and logging back in does not work. Cache can be cleared by opening SPS and pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.
