Heating Oil Capital Financing Assistance Program 2021-23

Funding is provided to develop and fully implement the Leaking Tanks Model Remedies activity. This program tackles Washington’s aging commercial heating oil (HO) infrastructure, the existing barriers to cleaning up historical contamination from leaking HO sites, and the evolving transportation fuel marketby replacing or upgrading aged fuel systems to prevent leaks and dispense modern fuels.
